We accept orders IN-PERSON, ONLINE and BY PHONE (Phone orders may take significantly longer than other methods).

We accept new online orders until 30 minutes before closing.

The cafe is open, but the online store won’t let me place and order. What’s happening?

This usually occurs because the browser session was started when the store was closed. REFRESH YOUR BROWSER and start over, and it should all work.

All I see are sandwiches and salads. Where are the other items?

We have almost everything! To see other menus, look for the box that says “Choose a Menu”, and tap on it. You will then be able to choose from all the menus. (CLICK HERE for for pictures of this.)

Can I order for another day?

We accept online orders online for the SAME DAY. Unless you are ordering a large quantity of items, or a whole desert, please place your order on the day you would like to pick it up.

If you’d like to place an order for a future day, or if you would like to order a whole dessert, please call the cafe and we will help you with the process.

How do I order a whole dessert?

Whole desserts are available in limited quantities, and we usually need 3 business days notice. Please call the cafe before noon and we will help you with the process.

What is the Toast Takeout app? Should I use it?

The Toast Takeout App is a mobile application. It is a much better user interface if you are on a phone. We recommend it!

Why do some items say “Out of stock”?

We have limited production capacity during the health crisis. We update our inventory at about 7:00 am each morning. For best selection, please order in the morning. Once an item sells out, we usually won’t have it again until the next business day. If you really want a specific item, please call the cafe and we can help you place an advance order.

Why is the online store closed?

If the cafe is open, the online store should be turned on. Try REFRESHING YOUR BROWSER. We open the online store at a few minutes before we open. The online store closes 30 minutes before we close.

Can I call in my order?

We discourage phone orders, because of the potential for long wait times. We encourage you to either order online or in person. Ordering online is fast and easy for most items, and we encourage you to try it. If you are having difficulty with the online store, or if you are ordering a whole dessert, or a placing a large order for another day, please call us and we will take your order and payment over the phone. 413-585-9777

The “Submit” button is not lit. What’s the problem?

Usually this is because there is a piece of information missing. For example, the CVV code, or the expiration date, or your phone number.

It may be because you are paying with a gift card, and you are trying to leave a tip. At this time, you cannot leave a tip with a gift card balance unless you go to the menu called “LEAVE A TIP WITH A GIFT CARD PAYMENT” and choose an amount (or multiple amounts) from the list.
